The project

Bioclimatic residential building in wood frame construction with very low grey energy, double building envelope and use of clay for the interior walls. Special features: Solar energy (thermal, photovoltaic, passive), dry toilets, potable rainwater from the tap, use of old techniques (shingles, dry stone wall, Saracen vault).

Reuse of materials and elements

Reused elements: Windows (50% of the double envelope), interior doors (1 apartment, common room), oak flooring (50 m2), tiles (200 m2), plumbing (sinks, bathtubs), oak staircase (1 floor).
