The container of the school pavilion was set aside and declared as demolition. After several mediation attempts, the existing containers could be placed in the space exchange via the InSitu network. The costs for deconstruction and disassembly (approx. 90'000 Fr.) were covered by the old owner (Canton of Zurich) (cheaper than demolition and disposal), the object was handed over to the new owner through a donation agreement (explicitly without any warranty claims), the transport of the modules (approx. 55'000 Fr.), the reassembly and the on-site access were financed by the new owner (City of Zurich).
